My name is Chris Mitchell. I have taught at the Honors Academy since its opening in 2012. I have a BS in Elementary and Special Education, as well as a MA in Elementary Education with a focus on curriculum and instruction.
I married my best friend, Matt in 1989 and we have two adult children. I enjoy reading and being in the outdoors.
I love learning about how to perfect the craft of teaching and reaching all scholars. My roles at the school include Literacy lead and Data Lead. I look forward to working with all stake-holders this year to help all scholars succeed and be the best they can be!
