Applying for Board Positions
The Honors Academy of Literature has immediate openings on the Governing Board as previous members are beginning to phase out of their initial terms. The volunteer positions require a minimum two-year commitment with monthly meetings, usually on the first Mondays, but adjusted for school breaks. See the schedule here.
The Governing Board of The Honors Academy of Literature helps develop policies for the school and supports the schools mission and long-term vision. While not involved in the day-to-day operations of the school, the Governing Board has an integral role in making sure the school remains viable and successful.
Submit a current resume (please highlight any previous Board experience) and cover letter explaining what position you are interested in and why you are interested to Matt Smith, President.
